We apply this blend of resurfacing ingredients to intensivelypeelthe skin and reveal a complexion that is naturally clearer, fresher, brighter, plumper and pigment free. The Transform Peel also produces ongoing pigment production, helping to improve the appearance of sun-damaged skins
Many clients experience intense heat and mild discomfort, with the skin often still feeling warm and tender immediately after treatment. We can help alleviate discomfort during treatment by fanning or tapping the skin.
Precare:
If you are prone to cold sores, we recommend using an over-the-counter prophylactic to reduce the risk of pre-treatment breakout.
Aftercare:
Take it easy on your skin for five days, or until any reactions have subsided. Use a gentle cleanser morning and night, along with a moisturiser or your prescribed post-treatment product. As always, you should avoid direct sunlight, and wear a high SPF sunscreen and hat whenever outdoors. The skin will flake following treatment but must not be picked at under any circumstances.
After an initial one to two days of tight, glowing skin, expect three to five days of visible shedding and dryness. Your skin may appear darker during the shedding period due to pigment being released from the skin. This is nothing to be concerned about and the skin will lighten once shedding stops.
We recommend a course of three treatments at four-week intervals, followed by a review. Treatment number and intervals will be reviewed by your clinician based on your unique concerns.
