James & Hayley have the longest working relationship out of anyone, and it shows! Hayley was JV's very first employee 9-odd years ago and has been making clients feel welcome and understood, ever since.

Impassioned by skin from an early age, Hayley’s studies in Beauty Therapy took her around the world before bringing her back home to Melbourne to a position with Dr Gavin Chan, which was the catalyst for further study into Dermal Therapies.

After taking a small break from us, Hayley & her no BS approach to skin rejoined the James Vivian crew after working within a renowned plastic surgery clinic and diversifying her experience.

You can find Hayley nerding-out behind a biology textbook and nothing excites her more than improving signs of ageing with our Mezotix device, layering chemical peels as well as treating skin discolourations (reds/browns) using lasers.

Currently splitting her time between us and an Oculoplastic surgeon, when Hayley isn’t changing skins for the better you can find her basking in the glory that is Sunday with her young family.
